- What is the difference between the licence and Done-for-You?
- With the licence you use CovaSyn yourself: create an account, try it free, add the key to your AI. With Done-for-You, CovaSyn takes care of the rollout in your team, from the MCP rollout and the integration with your environment to a running workflow. The tools are the same, and Done-for-You runs on the CovaSyn licence.
- Can we test Done-for-You for free first?
- No. Done-for-You starts with the intro call, followed by the planning session, the offer and the implementation. If you want to look at the tools yourself first, you can do so in the sketcher at any time, without signing in.
- What does Done-for-You cost?
- On request. The price depends on scope, number of users and deployment, and is set out in the offer that follows the planning session.
- Can we run CovaSyn on our own infrastructure?
- Yes. CovaSyn also runs as a container on your infrastructure. We work out the right form together with your IT in the planning session.
- Where is our data kept?
- Hosting at Hetzner Nuremberg, data kept in Germany. No training use. Deletion within 30 days, backups included. In self-hosted operation the data does not leave your organisation.
