2. Services

CovaSyn GmbH operates internal content infrastructure for the personal brands of its managing director, including automated cross-posting of self-created short-form video content between social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). These services are not offered to third parties.

3. TikTok Integration

The application "CovaSyn Content Bridge" uses the TikTok Content Posting API and TikTok Login Kit exclusively to publish content from the managing director's own Instagram account to his own TikTok account. No third-party TikTok users authenticate with this application.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CovaSyn GmbH excludes liability for damages arising from the use of internal infrastructure by unauthorized third parties.

5. Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is Leipzig, Germany. German law applies.
